PEEL & PULP — A citrus campaign you can edit, export and reopen
A studio-owned fictional drinks campaign with original procedural vectors, three formats, native Canvas PNG export and a validated project JSON roundtrip. Not a client campaign.
A self-initiated studio implementation, not a client commission. No client adoption, revenue or business uplift is claimed.

The design problem
A campaign is not ready to hand over when it only looks good in a preview. PEEL & PULP asks how one fictional citrus sparkling-water direction can become useful social and digital-label assets, with edits that survive saving and reopening.
The implementation
Original procedural citrus vectors connect three flavors with square, story and digital-label layouts. The browser builds SVG and rasterizes it through native Canvas for PNG delivery; a versioned project JSON preserves the complete editing state. Strict import validation rejects malformed projects without changing the current design, while text bounds and real downloaded files are checked. The new learning is export integrity and full-project roundtrip, not simply another multi-format SVG generator.
Deliverables to inspect
- An interactive campaign workbench for yuzu, pink grapefruit and blood orange, with editable copy and a 1080 × 1080 square, 1080 × 1920 story and 900 × 1200 digital label.
- Downloadable editable-text SVG and native Canvas PNG in the selected dimensions, with visible validation and recoverable export-error states.
- A versioned complete project JSON that can be saved, reset, reopened and saved again without changing its meaning; malformed imports leave the current project intact.
Scope and limits
- The fictional brand and procedural vector artwork are owned studio work, not client work or AI-model-generated product photography. No product launch, client adoption, revenue or measured time saving is claimed.
- Exports use RGB and available system fonts; SVG text is not outlined. The digital label is not a CMYK, spot-color, bleed or die-cut print file, nor a native Adobe document. Automated checks in Chrome and an emulated narrow viewport do not establish physical-device or all-browser compatibility.
