Who is responsible
Jinverse Digital, the studio of Nick Tai in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is responsible for this site and the data it collects. Contact: nicktai.webdesign@gmail.com.
Information you send
When you submit an audit request or project enquiry we receive what you enter: name, business, contact details, project summary, budget and timeline. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How it is used
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage a working relationship. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months unless they are needed longer for an active working relationship or legal obligation.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow analytics. Your consent choice and language preference are kept in this browser's local storage. You can change your decision at any time with Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud (hosting and database, built on Supabase), Cloudflare (delivery and security), an email delivery service for enquiry notifications and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They process limited data for these purposes and may do so outside Taiwan.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop its use, under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR. Email nicktai.webdesign@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Forms are sent over encrypted connections and enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly readable.
