JINVERSE DIGITAL / OWNED WORK / EDITION II

CLEARBRIEF — Turn an incomplete project request into a structured brief

A self-initiated, studio-owned local briefing tool with explicit rules, missing-field checks, service-category suggestions and Markdown and JSON export. It is not an AI agent or client CRM.

A self-initiated studio implementation, not a client commission. No client adoption, revenue or business uplift is claimed.

CLEARBRIEF Edition II actual interface
Actual interface capture of owned work. Where used, contextual imagery in the demo is AI concept imagery, not client or location photography.

The design problem

CLEARBRIEF addresses an early delivery problem: project information arrives incomplete and in mixed formats. The owned implementation makes the missing questions visible without pretending that a completeness score can decide whether to accept a commission.

The implementation

Four document sections collect context, scope, materials and acceptance conditions. Deterministic keyword rules identify website, brand, motion and automation topics; weighted field presence produces a completeness score and a suggested delivery checklist. Browser-local drafts can be restored or cleared, and structured output can be downloaded.

Deliverables to inspect

  • Sectioned brief editor with document outline, completion indicators, input validation and a clearly fictional sample.
  • Rule-based service classification, weighted completeness score, missing-information list and suggested delivery checklist.
  • Local draft save and restore, tool-specific reset, and downloadable Markdown and JSON brief outputs.

Scope and limits

  • No LLM, CRM, email or client-intake backend is connected, and entered data is not uploaded. Browser storage is not guaranteed; the tool exports text and JSON, not a native editable slide deck.
  • Completeness measures filled fields, not feasibility, rights clearance or likelihood of winning work. The tool makes no quote, contract, acceptance or deadline commitment, and no time saving or commercial outcome has been measured.
