Install tips
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste. Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste. Apple Mail: paste into a new signature, then untick “Always match my default message font”. Use a hosted https image URL for photos — many clients block embedded images.
